From the moment they stepped on stage, NamtanFilm illuminated the halls of UP Theater like moonlight breaking through the night, wrapping the crowd in a soft but powerful glow. Fans, many of whom had been following their journey since Pluto, couldn’t hold back their excitement and squeals as they took the stage with heartfelt performances of their series' original soundtracks starting with “Pluto”. Film delivered a powerful solo of “Linger”, her voice capturing the emotion of the series. And Namtan followed with “Your Story” that left fans swaying in awe.
Known for her playful side, Namtan brought an irresistible burst of joy throughout the night. From busting out spontaneous dance moves to enthusiastically participating in every wacky challenge, she kept the energy high! Her natural humor, expressive reactions, and hilarious attempts at mimicking Filipino expressions had everyone roaring with laughter. But it wasn’t all jokes. When the fan project played, she was visibly touched, shedding a few tears as she thanked LUNARs for their unwavering support.
In contrast, Film exuded her signature serene charm, effortlessly captivating the word with every glance and gentle smile. Though quieter by nature, she didn’t shy away from showing affection for her fans, often stealing moments to lock eyes with the audience. Her composed demeanor made her playful moments even cuter. She and Namtan fully embraced the iconic Filipino “eyyyyy” cheer, and with every Tagalog phrase, the pair showed they were not just stars visiting, but stars blending right in with the galaxy of Pinoy humor.
Adding more brilliance to the night, the pair shared stories, laughed through games, and teased what’s to come in their upcoming GL series, Girl Rules. As the fan meeting came to a close, emotions overflowed on both sides. Namtan and Film assured everyone that this wouldn’t be the last time they would see their Filipino fans. “We will come back,” Namtan shared, with a mention of visiting Cebu soon with Film!
That night, Manila wasn’t just a city of light. It became a galaxy of memories, music, and love. And as they closed the show with a heartfelt duet of “A Princess’ Tale,” it felt like the perfect final note to an unforgettable chapter. For Filo-LUNARs, it was more than just a fan meeting. It was a night under the stars they will never forget.
