With hopes of uniting all genres of music into one musical event, Boardworks Media Entertainment introduced Paradise International Music Festival. It was held yesterday, April 9, 2016 at the Aseana City Open Grounds in Parañaque City which aims to be the country's very own Coachella Music Festival and Glastonbury Music Festival.

THE LINE-UP

Paradise had so much to offer their audience beginning with the announcement of Kanye West's performance, followed by the YouTube and pop sensation Austin Mahone. The hype didn't stop there, Paradise announced the performance of The Airplane Boys from Canada, Cheats, Yolanda Moon, Giniling Festival, Lenses, international and local EDM acts like Afrojack, Rudimental, Rivero, Jessica Milner, Katsy Lee, DJ Nina with Joyce Pring.

Shedding more light to OPM, Paradise welcomed Up Dharma Down with the AVIMA winner Armi Millare as their vocalist, Itchyworms, Clara Benin, and Maude.

WELCOME TO PARADISE

The said international music festival started as early as 10AM at the Aseana City Open Grounds opened by Lenses, Giniling Festival, Maude, Yolanda Moon, a crazy set by DJ Katsy Lee, The Airplane Boys and Cheats.

Clara Benin played soulful music followed by a nostalgic performance by Hale after their hiatus.

At the second stage, people danced to the beats of Jessica Milner and DJ Nina with the help of Joyce Pring.

After slaying the X-Factor UK, 4th Impact performed songs for their Filipino fans after the said competition.

At sunset, Itchyworms played songs the audience definitely know like "Akin Ka Nalang", their performance definitely got the crowd to sing their hearts out.

People couldn't contain their excitement for the headliners but Up Dharma Down took the main stage and performed hits after hits.

The time has come for the fun to begin with Austin Mahone's set, the pop sensation performed new versions of his old songs and songs off his new release "This Is Not The Album".

Rudimental took the second stage and played songs that got the audience to dance and be hyped!

Wiz Khalifa

Wiz Khalifa opened his set with the hit "Black & Yellow" with the audience's help, of course. Performing hits after hits, Wiz and his boys threw water at the audience and the rapper even smoked weed while performing! The last song Wiz Khalifa performed is his Billboard hit — See You Again.

Shortly after the set of Wiz Khalifa, the hip-hop legend Kanye West aka "Yeezus" took the main stage — he even brought his lights for his Manila audience making the experience memorable! The rapper performed songs off from his latest album,"The Life of Pablo" such as "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 2" and "Famous." He also sang "Ultralight Beam", and "Stronger" for the first time after its album release. The performance of Yeezus lasted for an hour and a half — and Manila couldn't get enough!
