Five reasons why you should watch Ogie Alcasid's NakakaLokal concert

One of the country's respected singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid has been in the recording industry since 1988. His songs captured the hearts of ever-romantic Pinoys such as Nandito Ako, Sa Kanya, Mahal Kita Walang Iba, Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang, and Kung Mawawala Ka, among others.



As he celebrates his 50th birthday, World Vision and A-Team presents, in cooperation with PLDT Home brings you NakakaLokal: A Birthday Celebration on August 25, 2017, 7:30 pm at Kia Theatre.

Alcasid has been a staunch advocate and ambassador for World Vision, an NGO which currently assists over 75,000 children nationwide.

1. You shouldn't miss these star-studded line-up including Angeline Quinto, Wolfgang's frontman Basti Artadi, Pinoy Dream Academy alumni Davey Langit, Erik Santos, Iñigo Pascual, Jaya, Kyla, Philpop 2013 finalist Lara Maigue, Lovi Poe,  Men and Music, Solenn Heussaff, Yeng Constantino and Leila Alcasid.

3. It's his way of paying tribute to Original Pilipino Music or OPM. The industry have been supporting his music for three decades already. 

4. The said concert will benefit child-focused humanitarian agency World Vision and its advocacy campaign, "It Takes a World to End Sexually Exploitation against Children".

5. One of World Vision's successful sponsored children and tenor singer Richard Supat who joined FORTEnors before will perform along with Alcasid.
