World-class drummer, Luke Holland set the
SM Skydome on fire last September 6 as he performed for the PH crowd once again
after four long years.
Undeniably one of the best drummers out
there, Luke Holland embarked his solo Asian Tour to perform and teach his
techniques with the instrument. In a very intimate show, Luke showed his
versatility as a musician when performed his multi-genre covers from BTS’ Fake
Love to Justin Bieber’s Sorry, Blackpink’s DDU DU DDU DU to Skrillex’s Cinema.
Holland also entertained questions from the
fans who attended. He stated that his first Manila visit with his former band,
The Word Alive, during the 15th installment PULP Summer SLAM is one
of his Top 3 favorite shows of all time. He also revealed some of his warm-up
and exercises to get better in playing and told the crowd how helpful
air-drumming is in mastering his craft. He is also very game answering a
personal question if he has a girlfriend saying he doesn’t have one.
Finally, he left a message to aspiring
drummers to believe in themselves and their craft. After the show, lucky fans
were able to meet and chat with Luke.
Luke Holland Live in Manila was brought to
