Last November 11, New Frontier Theater was lit as British acid jazz legends Incognito rocked Manila with a show to remember. Fans packed the theater, ready for some serious groove, and the band brought it! They kicked things off with the timeless “Parisienne Girl,” instantly hyping up the crowd and setting the stage for an epic night.

The vibes kept coming as they rolled into their classics like “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing” and “Still A Friend of Mine” Everyone in the audience was singing along, hands up, moving to every beat. It was like one big throwback party, with Gen Z, millennials, and OG fans all in sync, grooving like old friends.

One of the highlights for the said show is when their keyboardist Chicco Allotta blew us away with a solo performance of “1993” that hit all the feels. The crowd was absolutely locked in, and you could feel that collective wow. Then percussionist Joao Caetano and drummer Francesco Mendolia jumped in for a drum and perc segment that was fire – they kept the energy so high, people were cheering like crazy!

Of course, “Deep Waters” had the whole place going off. Fans were living for every note, singing their hearts out, and dancing without a care. Incognito definitely proved they’re still the masters of jazz-funk, giving Manila the full experience.

And as if the night couldn’t get any better, Incognito hosted a meet-and-greet after the show! Fans got up close with the band, snapping pics and sharing the love – it was the perfect ending to a perfect night. Safe to say, Manila won’t forget this one anytime soon.

Special thanks to Ovation Production for bringing Incognito in Manila!
