Fast-rising P-POP boy group BGYO is set to light their fire and unleash their talents with their first-ever solo concert titled "NOW" on October 4th at the New Frontier Theater.
Debuting four years ago in 2021, Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate, or collectively known as "BGYO", will finally be taking the stage and headlining their first major concert. Here's what to expect!
1. A treat to OG Aces!
When asked about what to expect for the concert, the members shared that OG Aces, or those that discovered them from debut and earlier releases will be witnessing a treat! With no spoilers, this may possibly clue to performances of their earlier title tracks including "The Light," "Tumitigil Ang Mundo," and possibly "He's Into Her," the official OST of the popular iWantTFC series and book of the same name. Additionally, this may also be a clue to maybe an improved version of their signature Sarah G cover "Tala x Kilometro". One thing's for sure...we cannot wait!
2. Solo stages!
During the press conference, Gelo, the leader of the group, also shared that there are upcoming solo stages that fans should expect for the concert. This will allow each member of the group, who have their own unique talents, showcase their own flair and creativity.
3. A "brand new" and revamped BGYO!
Highlighting the concert name "NOW," the concert promises a showcase of what BGYO currently stands for, sounds like, and what BGYO has been meaning to present since their debut. Most importantly, the concert will stand as a reintroduction to the group, displaying their current sound, look, and overall branding as an up and coming global group.
