On Oct. 11, 2025, ASTRO members, MJ and Jinjin, finally made their return to Manila after 9 years! Shortly after making their sub-unit debut as ZOONIZINI, they were able to reunite with Filipino Arohas for their “ROLL THE DICE” FanParty in Manila, at the UP Theater.
Great energy definitely rolled all throughout the fanparty as Arohas got to enjoy performances from ZOONIZINI’s ‘DICE’ album, including “Favorite Memory”, “Some Things Never Change”, “Utopia”, and more! Adding to the fun, Jinjin and MJ kept expressing they felt great energy from the fans!
In between stages, Filipino Arohas were definitely thrilled to hear the duo speak some Tagalog phrases such as “Lagi namin kayong namimiss” and “Mahal namin kayo”. Following that, MJ and Jinjin also got to play some Filipino games: Jackstone, Luksong Baka, Tumbang Preso, Sipa, and Piko.
But the fun didn’t stop there! The 2nd game was definitely a challenge, as they had to guess their own ASTRO songs with lyrics translated in Tagalog! Nostalgia definitely hit Arohas as the game featured some of ASTRO’s earlier tracks like “Crazy Sexy Cool”, “Breathless”, “Cat’s Eye”, and “Like Stars”.
After a night of cheerful stages and heartfelt fun moments between ZOONIZINI and the fans, MJ and Jinjin couldn’t help but thank their Filipino Arohas for waiting 9 years for their return. Adding to that, MJ reassured fans, “We’ll make sure to come back often”, while Jinjin promised, “We’ll make sure to make up for all the years that passed.”
