Last May 29, OPM singer Maki celebrated the release of his new single "Habangbuhay Pansamantala" with a one-day festival titled "Pink Fest"- a fandom tradition for the singer to welcome a new era of music.
The festival was fun-filled with art booths and pink-inspired activations from Maki as well as his "Zushis". Fans got to immerse themselves in experiences that were inspired by the singer's latest song and music video.
Apart from the main performance, Maki also invited rising artists like Darren Cashwell, SHANNi, Jamiela, and Suyen who also got to share their music live to Zushis and mall goers.
As part of the festival, the singer also premiered his music video officially and showed exclusive behind-the-scene clips from the set. Music video guest star SB19 Jah was also present at the venue to celebrate the release and to also share his experiences in being part of the rollout.
For the main event, Maki performed hits like "Kailan?," "Kahel na Langit," "Namumula," and more. The Pink Fest crowd was also the first crowd to experience "Habangbuhay Pansamantala" live.
The said song release is part of an upcoming project by Maki, which would also include three more surprises, as teased by the singer for his encore.
