After years of waiting, Filipino fans finally got their wish as acclaimed singer-songwriter Mitski made her long-awaited Manila debut last Tuesday, July 14, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Bringing her Nothing's About to Happen to Me world tour to the Philippines for the very first time, the indie icon delivered a night packed with raw emotion, unforgettable music, and heartfelt moments.

Throughout the show, Mitski couldn't hide her excitement about finally performing for her Filipino fans, calling the moment a "dream come true." She shared how happy she was to be in the Philippines for the first time, thanking the crowd for their overwhelming warmth, loud cheers, and unwavering support that made the evening even more special.

The Manila audience returned that love tenfold, turning the arena into one massive sing-along as Mitski performed beloved hits including "Nobody," "Washing Machine Heart," "Your Best American Girl," and "My Love Mine All Mine." Every lyric was met with deafening cheers, while emotional fans swayed, sang, and even shed tears, creating an electric atmosphere that filled every corner of the venue.

With her mesmerizing stage presence, heartfelt storytelling, and deeply personal performance, Mitski proved why fans had waited so long to see her live. Presented by PULP Live World, the concert ended with roaring applause and smiles all around, marking a magical Manila debut that left both the artist and her fans feeling they were, as Mitski herself put it, "not alone after all.”\
