Whether you know him as ph-1, Park Jun-won, or Harry (as we personally like to call him), the one thing all his fans agree on is that he’s a natural-born performer. Known to be one of the biggest names in the K-Hiphop industry, ph-1’s wide spectrum of sounds is something you should not miss out on.

pH-1 will be visiting Manila for About Damn Tour on May 3 at Filinvest Tent, Alabang

After being born in South Korea, Harry’s family moved to Long Island, New York when he was 12. He studied biology at Boston College while working as a dental assistant. After college, he persistently produced and posted tracks on Soundcloud, which eventually caught the attention of H1GHR Music Founder, Jay Park. The Mommae hit singer-superstar slid on his Instagram DMs and immediately had Harry sign with the label.

His stage name, pH-1, comes from a fun fusion of his Korean and English names. P from his surname “Park”, H from his English name “Harry”, and 1 is from “Won / Jun-won”. Clever, right? You’ll definitely find more of his quirks and wits as you listen to more of his music.

Popular for melodic raps, ph-1’s diversity will never fail to draw you in. You get a feel of his funny and refreshing personality with upbeat tracks such as Iffy and Nerdy Love. There are also tracks that hit hard with chill melancholic tunes centered around some very relatable lyrics like Homebody. Evident to each song is his pursue of the truth, positivity, and experience that give you all the honest bits minus the excessive cussing and explicit content. The best part? They’re all #SFW, which gives you all the more reason to listen to his tracks 24/7.

2023 indeed is the year of comebacks and new discoveries for Karpos Live as they bring pH-1 for his Philippine debut. Promising a memorable Manila show as part of About Damn Time Tour’s Asia leg, he’ll be gracing The Filinvest Tent stage for a one-night only show on May 3, 2023. VIP tickets are already sold out, but General Admission tickets are still available via tickelo.com
