This song is another outstanding track that speaks volumes of what the song is about. It is a song that empowers strength that even if you feel underestimated and some people see you as a failure at some point of your life, you can overcome it by trusting and standing up for yourself.
WASTED NIGHTS

We'll think about tomorrow, yeah

Just like what the lyrics said, it's like you only live once so do whatever you want in that day. If you want to do things you haven't done before, then do it and just live in the moment. Do whatever you want and do not waste any nights and live with no regrets the day after.

Just like the title, "save yourself" by ONE OK ROCK wants to convey that you should save yourself from the pain. It may be to save yourself from one-sided love because it's obvious that the person that the protagonist loves, doesn't love them back and they can feel the pain.

It's gonna be alright

With all of the struggles and challenges that they faced, you shouldn't give up and whatever happens, whatever struggles you face in life, you can "make it out alive."
