Eight years in the OPM industry is no small feat, and for the beloved indie-pop band Any Name’s Okay, it is something worth celebrating for. Marking a major milestone, the Bel8ted Anniversary Concert at 123 Block, Mandaluyong, celebrated their wonderful years of music, growth, and community. The venue was filled to capacity as fans and loved ones gathered to honor the band’s journey and share in a night of music that highlighted both their past hits and future direction.

The concert featured special performances from fellow OPM acts Lola Amour, Muni-muni, and Johnnoy Danao, alongside closest friends Over October and The Ridleys, completing what fans affectionately call the Holy Trinity. This powerful lineup underscored the collaborative spirit of the local music scene and the strong bonds Any Name’s Okay has built over the years.

The band, composed of Sofia Abrogar (vocals), Ralph Gonzales (guitar), Raymund King (bass), Dan Saab (drums), and Kevin Lim (keys)—delivered two full sets, performing crowd favorites including Cobalt Blue, Vivid, Tabing-Dagat, Yugto, Cake, and Clouds. Fans were also treated to the debut of the unreleased track Kalma, as well as their latest release Sungit, highlighting the importance of mending rifts and cherishing companionship. Through this song, the band reminds us that conflicts are fleeting, but laughter, kindness, and togetherness are what truly last.

Continuing the night, in a heartfelt announcement, Any Name’s Okay revealed plans for a full album launch in 2026, which will definitely feature Sungit, Kalma, and other new songs they have been working hard on. The news was met with cheers and anticipation, signaling an exciting new chapter for the band.

The evening concluded with a surprise encore of Snooze, leaving fans with one last unforgettable moment. Before stepping off stage, they gave their warmest gratitude to the fans and to everyone who continues to support them and the whole OPM industry, acknowledging that without the love and efforts of their community, they wouldn’t be where they are today.

The Bel8ted Anniversary Concert was more than a celebration of eight years of music—it was a reflection of OPM’s vitality, the strength of community, and the promise of what lies ahead for Any Name’s Okay.
