Filipino fans undeniably missed Russ like crazy after his amazing show at the Mall of Asia Arena last November 5, 2022. The anticipation for the American rapper and producer’s comeback here in the country made the supporters face common concert hassles including the traffic which resulted in moving some minutes later than the original showtime.

Despite these difficulties, DJ Calvin da Coordinator didn’t disappoint the crowd with his pre-show spins while fans fill up the arena and grab some light snacks to fuel themselves for later. He even played the most celebrated song at parties; All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled.

After an hour of waiting for the main event himself, Russ unfastened seatbelts of seated fans & people from the pit started jumpin’ n wildin’ with “BET”. Surprisingly, even the visuals are doing great at their jobs.

Russ spitted words and sang in his most angelic voice non-stop by performing some of his previous tracks and new ones including ‘Yung God’, ‘Do It Myself’, ‘Some Time’, ‘Wife You Up’, and many more which the crowd indulges themselves by rapping and singing while rocking their bodies together along the beat. As well as two from his collabs with Ed Sheeran titled ‘Are you Entertained’ & ‘UGLY’ with Lil Baby.

Halfway through the show, he switched the mood by singing some of his personal and slowed tracks for the fans to take a breather with ‘3:15’, ‘Nobody Knows’, ‘Losin Control’, and a whole lot more which exceeded the audience's expectations.

Upon performing ‘Ain’t Nobody Takin’ My Baby’, that’s where everyone shifted attention to the bleachers honoring a newly engaged couple while Russ continued and congratulated the two eventually. (A “sana all moment” for somebody indeed)

As the precious night with the rapper comes to an end, he expresses his love and appreciation whenever he can to everyone who came to witness his astonishing talent, adding that Manila was really something else and has a special place in his heart. “Mahal ko kayo Philippines,” Russ said countless times during his set.

To conclude the memorable event, he asked the crowd to turn on their phone lights to recreate the most-awaited part back in 2019, own and cherish the moment of singing ‘Missin You Crazy’ while the confetti and lights made it more magical.

He capped off his Manila tour stop by performing an additional song after his ending ment expectedly made the crowd crazy for the last time also assured on coming back soon!
